Miscommunication with prior authorization. I was told it was sent even tho they didn’t have my insurance on file. Very delayed process I will HOPEFULLY get a prescription by my 2nd month of membership

False advertisement. Says they are able to complete PAs for Mounjaro for people taking for weight loss/ pcos and they said they can not write a PA if you are not diabetic. Waste of money want a refund.

Was referred by a friend for this company and it was the worst choice I have ever made. It’s a scam they take your money don’t even actually have you meet with a provider… then have a bunch of excuses and do not do what they say. Found a better company who first months free and cheaper for their membership and actually do their jobs. Currently disputing to get a refund from alpha!!

I have applied, uploaded my labs multiple ways and still they cannot see what they want to see and to date are refusing to order the needed labs but sure are taking my money with no prescription.

I am not sure what Hello Alpha actually does? They put all the responsibility for me to contact my insurance company, even after I sent them the formulary. I thought I could meet with a doctor and discuss options, but they won't talk to you about it until you contact your insurance company, and even then, if you don't provide the correct answer, you are out of luck. I was willing to pay out of pocket but was never able to even have that conversation. In addition, their website was terrible with multiple glitches and frustration in getting messages they sent to me. I joined another similar membership service and had no issues.
