I just got my prescription renewed in February and the the alpha pharmacy quit taking insurance and I was not notified. In order to get the prescription transferred I was told I had to start a new visit. Better communication would be nice.

Awesome!!! If you send a message they reply right back with any issues you have ! Never have had any problems getting my medicine I really appreciate everything ya are doing ….please keep up the awesome job ya are doing ….

Me and 2 friends signed up and paid for the weight loss program. Both friends received prescriptions the very next day. It’s been a week for me and a prescription has not been sent to the pharmacist. I had to follow up first, and I feel like I’m getting pushback. We all have the same insurance.

Only offers advice & suggests but doesn't write prescriptions AFTER you pay the fee. Don't bother! I DID contact customer support SEVERAL times with the same reply backing up your decision of no refund.
