The person who helped me with my prescription did not understand the previous prescription that I had and said I was taking it wrong. No. I was prescribed Sprintec Continuous and have been taking it as advised through you for the last year. Not only that, but what was once $45 for 3 months worth is now $130 for 3 months worth. That is ridiculous. I am now going through a different online birth control source and getting my same prescription I had with you for the same $45 every 3 months because when I reached out about if that was a mistake, I was told “Go through your pharmacy then”. So thank you, but I’ll kindly not pay $130 for a right that should be free for women. Good on you for getting that consultation free out of me for nothing. Now, I have to go through this whole process again while being out of my birth control, experiencing all the hormonal tolls of suddenly stopping it after over a year and unable to have safe sex. Thank you!
