I am so disappointed and had thee worse experience with hello Alpha. I joined 3 months ago and never received my meds. Then I paid $19 just to try and order again and nothing. Everytime I would email them they took forever to write back! Its no wonder they don’t have a contact number… very very disappointing

I joined Alpha thinking they could help me with weight loss, but because I’m not diabetic, which they did not say in the beginning, I do not qualify. I would like a full refund as soon as possible. I don’t even wanna pay for the first month. I didn’t get anything out of it.

It takes way too long for prescriptions to be sent via the mail pharmacy. If alpha is to offer that service, at least make it comparable to other pharmacies. I shouldn’t wait days just for the prescription to ship. The status has stated “preparing your order” for days.

Best thing out there for all things medical. So easy. Used for multiple visits. Insurance is insanely expensive. This is a great alternative!

Your website advertises that you DO give prescripions for 10 mg Ambien, but your Dr. Boteng would NOT give me a prescription. That is false advertising at best, I will NOT be back on my next scheduled appointment on May 2,
