Pretty reasonable turn over time. The communication between the doctor and I was great. Gave me options to choose from and gave me time to check to see if my insurance covered what was suggested.

I signed up for membership. They asked me to go get my labs done and said they sent my labs to my provider. I showed up to my appointment and they had not received my orders for labs took time off for work and waited for nothing. Very upset

Unresponsive and incompetent in trying to send in a properly written Prior Authorization. Borderline theft of your money.

Great experience! Quick response, script sent then I received a call from my pharmacy stating I needed a PA. Before I could reach out to HelloAlpha they contacted me and told me they are already working on the PA request. By the end of the day I was picking up my medication. This is not an easy medication to get and they were on top of it! The doctors and nurses care and you can tell. The support team is thorough and efficient.
