Communication is a joke on this site. Any "visit" with a provider is impersonal and lacking of any relative medical information. They don't know how to send prescriptions to any pharmacy or how to reply within a timely manner. Recommend going elsewhere for your medical needs.

I signed up for Alpha so I could get a prescription for anti-anxiety medication. They would only prescribe one month at a time so I had to pay their monthly fee in order to refill my prescription. I asked for them to give me a prescription for 12 months so I didn't have to do that every month and the answer was no. They needed to evaluate me every month. Clearly they just wanted me to pay the monthly subscription. I saw a local doctor once and she gave me a 12 month prescription. Do better Alpha.

Signed up seeking a medication for a PCOS issue and all I received was a message saying that medication was pulled by the supplier and is no longer prescribed. Billing department refuses to refund because I had a “visit” which consisted of one message from a “doctor” saying the medication I’m seeking (that was clearly listed on their website) can’t be prescribed and was listed in error. You’d think since this is THEIR ERROR they would refund but they refuse
