I’m not good with the new way of technology...I would rather talk to someone than text info...can’t explain what needs to be forwarded because of never getting to talk one on one

Knowing that weight loss medication is difficult to find I feel as thought it would be helpful to at lease know where it’s available instead of making the pt look and search all around for it

Very little and slow correspondence. Unwilling to help refund or credit when I have insurance and did not need medical services
