I’m absolutely disappointed about the service I received. I paid for a visit only to be told that I could not be treated for my symptoms. I was advised to visit a local Urgent Care. My treatment was completely abandoned and I do not have funds to go to another doctor.

Prescriber (LG) didn’t think I “looked” heavy enough in my required/uploaded photos, after I’ve been prescribed the medication for two years, so she neglected to send in refills or titrate me down. This is absolutely not ethical.

Literally the worst online platform. I should have listened to other reviews. They don’t disclose that they don’t do prior auths for pre diabetes even though my insurance covers certain meds for that. Then they don’t want to give you your money back when they didn’t give you any services.

Got a prescription from an unauthorized prescriber. When trying to contact the company have not had any success with reaching anybody left several messages over several days and no response. The pharmacy has not been successful in reaching the provider as well. A week later prescription has not been filled because the prescriber is unauthorized to prescribe the medication, very frustrating process especially not being able to contact someone to fix the error
