Amazing company and medical providers. Quick and easy, unlike a typical doctors office.

I keep getting automated messages, no one is reading what I wrote. My pharmacy will not send a fax to your Pre authorization company, they will only send it to the prescribing doctor. Therefore I am unable to get my medication.

Although I am very happy with the ease of getting my prescription and the promptness of getting back to me in all my messages, I feel there is little opportunity for people who can not recieve medication due to Healthcare that does not approve the rx. I tried to get a prescription from Alpha to get meds overseas to save money, but was unable to as Alpha does not give the physical prescrition to there memebers.
