They don’t help you at all to Tailor…
They don’t help you at all to Tailor something that makes sense for you it based on your health history.. they give you a list of medication’s then they tell you to call your insurance and you basically have to do the work of the doctor because they’re not gonna do it so you need to do all the work on figuring out what would make sense for you and your body and if your insurance is going to cover it or not because they’re certainly not gonna help you it’s a waste of money
