The consultation was smooth and easy. Got my prescription the same day but I needed a PA and it’s been sitting in the same status for two weeks now. Disappointed on this service. I joined because someone recommended it to me but definitely will change to another tele medicine service soon.

I’m still waiting on my prior authorization and have now asked twice for an update. I’ve been told a very generic “it’s coming soon, and we’re working diligently”… but would really love a real update.

Adoro Alpha Medical, il personale è fantastico e sempre disponibile. L'unico motivo per cui non ho dato un punteggio pieno è perché a volte ci sono dei contrattempi nella ricezione dei miei medicinali, ma di solito Alpha interviene prontamente rispedendoli. Li raccomando sicuramente a tutti.
