I have been using them for about 3 years.So much easier than trying to get a last minute doctor appointment and no waiting for hours in a crowded room. Great for busy people.

Very convenient and the team is friendly. I had a hard time figuring out what meds my insurance actually covered for weight loss, but Hello Alpha worked with me with a couple unexpected changes due to PA requests/denials. Special thank you to my provider Vanessa!

The set up is smooth. From signing on, to initiating the questionnaire to being paired with a provider quickly. My provider was wonderful. She took the time to understand what I was dealing with and provided resolution quickly. I felt heard and I felt that my symptoms were finally validated. I previously had used Alpha but at the time response times were taking too long and it felt the conversations were short and I didn't feel it was beneficial. I've since decided to give Alpha another opportunity. And I am glad I did. I hope future transactions and or consults run just as smoothly.

I have used alpha for annual checkups and as needed visits for just over a year and have been really happy with how easy it is to get medical care that is focused on my needs. I'm very happy with it and love that they also added an option to have prescriptions sent to my local pharmacy so I can pick them up right away!
