I tried to reach out for weight loss since 25 th and got a prescription not once but twice and couldn’t get it pre authorized and couldn’t get help from Alpha !!!!! This is absolutely a sad wellness center I sent the formulary for medication and every diabetic/ weigh loss medication needs a pre approval and I still didn’t get any help the medicine is sitting in a pharmacy . For days . Express scripts said Rybelus would b covered spoke several times on phone and it’s sitting in cvs for days . Very upsetting as I have high cholesterol high blood pressure and pre diabetes. And wasn’t able to get even a genetic All weight loss/diabetic medication needs pre approved through my insurance. It is on my formulary. I have the scripts. Need it approved for my insurance.

My experience was great… I did my assessment that day and my medication was ready that day as well. Not a long wait, and I am feeling better.

A waste of time. Not truly an online visit. The Dr. wanted me to go get a bunch of test that made no sense and then come back for the visit. Went to another website and was better served.
