I was pretty skeptical about using an online Healthcare service...and pretty hesitant. But after signing up and receiving care, medication, etc...I am so surprised! The providers are quick to respond....they explain everything...answer any questions...they truly take the time to.get to know you. I am so happy with my providers and my care...I feel better than ever.

Not so happy that I was not able to talk to a live person and I have to keep waiting for the reply. I was not guided and my membership was waisted for a month. I did not get my medication till a lot later. Real frustrating...

I was referred by a friend, trusting this company has been a huge mistake. I joined for their weight loss program, it's been over 30 days since my last prescription was written. The has set me back and has thrown my system oo whack. The lack of timely communication or coherent responses to a question you asked are ridiculous. I really have given up on the medical community. I decided to give this company a try , but nope they reinforced what I've been shown to be true. I'm pretty sure the company's slogan is communication isn't key, and their main goal is to keep share holders happy.

Prompt responses to both provider and insurance inquiries. Professional, caring, and encouraging responses. One difficulty I have experienced is responding to a message (currently using my phone to correspond vs laptop)…I have to select a “topic” via the drop down options, and when I do; it seems to create a new message vs responding to the one I did. This often causes me to duplicate the message. I may be doing something wrong.

Paid for 2 months and still having issues with this company sending my prescription to the pharmacy. I feel like I should be refunded. I got nothing for you all. Just messages back and forth apologizing but no resolution
