I love the ease of being able to text a doctor at any hours and get "seen" quickly. However the mobile site has many bugs that make the process difficult. The pharmacy selection screen does not scroll so I am always stuck picking the top one which is a CVS inside a Target vs the one that is drive through right across the street. This has been inconvenient the last few times I have used this service. I also have had issues inputting my insurance and have ended up just not using it because the insurance screen is not working properly. I have had several instances where a virtual provider has been assigned but did not do much for me (not enough evidence for antibiotics for both strep and ear infection) and I ended up having to do a video virtual visit with CVS so the Alpha cost was a waste.
