I think that because they are so good, they have gotten too big too fast. getting in with a dr is very difficult . Only because they are so busy! They need more Drs. My experience was only frustrating because I have a job and logging back in every half hour for two days to be denied again & again, would send anyone to the moon. Once I asked for an appointment, and got one, I was much happpier. Although, I still didnt get into the queue and had to jump through more hoops. The folks at hellomd are kind and under a load of pressure trying to help everyone, have patience.

Dr. Patricia Frye took the time to ask questions and get full medical information about the patient. She also gave me great suggestions in regards to diet changes. Would recommend.

Wasn't sure what to expect with a $49 video consultantation via my iPhone but it was better than any doctors visit I've ever experienced. Right in my own home. My doctor took time to understand my personal needs and make great recommendations as well as provide references for educational materials. She also shared inspiring success stories from other patients she had worked with. Highly recommend.
