My Dr. was great. She made me feel very much at ease and comfortable. She was professional, and fun. I would highly recommend her. Video conferencing can feel detached and impersonal, but she made it a complete joy! If I could give her 10 stars, I would!

Dr. Patricia Frye was kind, informative, interested in my situation, and I felt very comfortable with her as I discussed my current pain. Her smile gave me a vote of confidence and I'm on the road to an improved healing path with her help.

Most important the doctor was great. I had Sherellen Gerhart. She gave me some great ideas about products for my back pain and was very efficient and helpful. The only reason I have given 3 stars was the overall time involved. The app is good and the process for getting started for the recommendation was easy. But it was more than 2 hours from start to finish. So that's the only reason for 3 stars. It took almost 90 minutes to get into the mtg and another 30 min for the doctor to come on. It would have been a much better experience if you had the option in the app to make an appointment vs just having to wait. But overall I would still do it again because even tho I had this long wait it was still in the convenience of my own home and the doctor was great. Also customer service is very efficient (I had to contact them for help with my account verification and they were great).
