It pretty ok .

Plane looks pretty good but packaging & instructions really suck. Should not have to figure out which screw is which & where it goes in the plane.

Received my new Timber after a catastrophic crash with my last one. Came on time and in perfect condition. Took about 10 minutes to put together and binded (?bound?) to my old radion and the fist try in 15 seconds. Can't wait to try it tomorrow!!

Eric, store, manager, provides superb customer service. In addition, he has vast knowledge regarding RC aircraft. Eric's advice has been critical to my enjoyment of flying. Thank you so much, Eric! David A. Adams Estes Park, CO

Easy to find the parts I needed and the shipping was faster than I expected.

Have not flown RC aircraft since the 1970's. A lot has changed for the better. Was given soom very good info & advice on the choosing of a aircraft that would be best for me. Thanks.

Only place on town that carries good plastic model paint and supplies. Somewhat good selection of plastic models. Need to start stocking 3D printer parts/materials. I don't want to have to pay for filament from Amazon.

Definitely would shop again and recommend other hobbist consumers to shop here. Excellent service, pricing, shipping, and product availablity for nearly all ones needs.
