DO NOT order from them. Took my money and never received product. Tried multiple times to contact, phone number on site doesn’t work and they’re definitely not in New Mexico. Other sites would have better products and services. Skip this ripoff.

Much like everyone else I ordered a shirt on Nov 29th and I still haven't received it. All they keep saying is they'll continue to look into it and they refuse to give a refund until it's been 30 business days. Not just days, but business days. This group is a scam.

Would give zero stars if possible. Order never showed up, and according to the tracking number they gave me it never reached the post office.

I wish I could give these people zero stars. I placed my order on November 27, 2024 (order #HTB365756) for a Christmas sweater and still have not received it! At this rate Christmas will be here before I even recive the item. Each time I go to check the status of my order it says "Arrives Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item." This site is a joke. Don't order anything if you want it any time soon. UPDATE: Received my order shortly after posting this review. I still would not recommend using this site. The customer service and quality of the product leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered three sweaters. They arrived in an acceptable amount of time. FYI they are really not sweaters but printed shirts but I was OK with that for the price. Sleeves are a bit short, the collar is big. They run small with all of my other shirts and sweaters. The issue is one of the sweaters the word Krampus is spelled Kampus. I have contacted the company twice via email in four days. I contacted them via SMS text messages yesterday from their support section of the website and have yet to hear back from them. After the holiday season they are not motivated to fix anything and may just have a new name next year. Custmer service is non-existent. Seems like they are just a reseller of these shirts from another company so little concern for customers.
