Never received my sweatshirt

Firstly, I am very happy with the customer service. Hooktab responded quickly to my question regarding my discarded confirmation E-mail and E.T.A. This resulted in me picking-up the already delivered items at the drop-off just in time, since the delivery company failed to notify me about this. Secondly, Hooktab shipped my x-mas sweaters overseas in a jiffy. The quality of the items is also up to par! Some very happy people will be rocking the x-mas attire!

Cheap material, over-priced, and long delivery time.

Order HTB355701 was placed November 15, still not arrived. This is the second review I’ve been asked to place before the item has even come in. Supposedly I am getting a $30 credit off my next order for writing this review, but I don’t even want it.

Due to shipping delays, they requested a review before I'd actually received the goods. Once the package arrived, it was exactly what I was expecting based on pictures and such. Decent quality, great visuals.

Took 3 weeks to receive my item. I ordered one sweater but received and was billed for 2. When I inquired about returning one for a refund, I was told they couldn't do that but offered me a 30% refund, which I received but was not satisfied with. I will not be ordering anything else from them.

Great experience with this company. Bought two items and both arrived as pictured and described. Colors were great! Took a little while to be delivered but worth the wait.

Where is a NEGATIVE star when you need it!!!! Avoid the headache...Buy from a US company. We ordered 2 sweaters Nov 27th. They send what looks like some bogus tracking information..in a nutshell, says has been in NJ moving back and forth among 'Shipping Partners' 8 times since Nov 27th...and so far USPS has NOT gotten it in its possession. If I could upload a screenshot, I would!! What a scam.
