They took care of completely getting Windows Server 2016 up and running so that was terrific. I wish I could have seamlessly migrated from a shared server to a dedicated server, but I have to reinstall the needed software and reconfigure users access.

The support team is great! I have never experienced better support. They replies were almost instantaneous (like 15 min after I opened a support ticket they replied to me) and they were able to resolve my issue very quickly. And I wasn't speaking to some guy who doesn't know anything and says that my issues will be resolved soon, they really knew what they were doing and offered real help. Otherwise, the hosting itself offered all the things I needed to start writing my personal blog with almost no experience whatsoever. It helped me to register my domain and install WordPress and start to writing my blog.

I can't ssh to the vps using its ipv4 address. But ipv6 worked well, don't know why.
