I love it but was quite disappointed what a hassle the airlines gave me about this mobility scooter that I need because my mobility is affected by chronic back issues. I am traveling internationally for two weeks. 4 different flights, 4 different airlines. Taking out that heavy battery to place it in my carryon luggage wasn’t going to work out with my back issues. I bought it specifically for this 15 day dream trip,

you guys did your job of delivering the T4 unit. However, I can’t give it five stars because I am not able to use it yet. I can’t find anybody that can assemble it.

Delivery was superfast! Quality mobility scooter for the money. Assembly went well except for the front basket. Directions for the basket installation are not very good. The seat on the T4 scooter is ample and comfortable. Easy to operate control panel and safe turning radius. A nice scooter!
