It's well made and sturdy. It goes at decent paste. It just really needs a locking mechanism, so nobody can get on and take it.

Delivered quick. All parts were included went together fairly easy. Charged up in 8 hrs and started right up. First few rides went great easy to operate

What made my experience great was the prompt response from customer service whenever I needed assistance. I also appreciated the abundance of information provided, which helped me feel confident about purchasing the T4. This scooter suits my needs well. As someone who is 6’1” and weighs 280 lbs, I found it challenging to find a scooter that was lightweight, portable, and able to accommodate my size. The T4 met those requirements. To improve the legroom, I raised the seat to the highest setting, which helped. Ideally, an additional two inches in length would have been perfect, though that might have compromised the scooter’s portability and weight. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend it.
