Miguel, was extremely helpful. He took time to find an alternate item for my order that was back ordered. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when it came to explaining the differences between the replacement unit.

The knowledge, helpfulness, and overall patience with the DIY'r is awesome. When I ordered the wrong system Kevin was more than accommodating with getting me to where I needed to be. I will be doing business with them for some rentals in central Florida soon.

I had recently put in an order for a water heater. The water heater wasn’t in stock and the manufacturer was notified. There was a major delay in receiving my order. Bailey went above and beyond to keep me updated as to when my order should arrive. She was able to get in touch with the manufacturer and have everything resolved.
