They delivered as advertised. The coil ended up bigger than expected, even though its the one advertised. I've had a little trouble getting it exchanged with a smaller/correct version.

I have never seen a freight package as immaculately packages. Not a scratch on anything, and the price was as right as could be. I've sat in air conditioned comfort for a few days since, and am happy I made the purchase.

This will be my second order with hvac direct, they are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for hvac equipment.

The order came without damage, installed as directed and verified connections and power. Used the remote to turn the unit on and NOTHING. No sound, no display, just doesn’t work. Haven’t heard from tech support yet.

HVACDirect.com was extremely easy to deal with and our new Mitsubishi Split system arrived very quickly, in excellent condition. The price was outstanding, and we really appreciated being able to save over a thousand dollars by buying direct, as opposed to paying the inflated retail "street price" from a local company. There was absolutely no problem registering the installed system with Mitsubishi to start the warranty. I'd purchase from HVACDirect.com again, without hesitation.
