Similar to the other reviews on trustpilot, was absolutely appalled by their customer service. Placed an order with them, and 3 weeks later the order hasn't even been dispatched. Email customer service twice and didn't even get a response. I'm going on holidays in a week which was the sole purpose for the order and I am not even going to have the order delivered in time to use.

Yet to even receive the product. They don't mention that they ship with Aramex... and that delivery requires a signature. Any other postal service will take the product to the local post office, but not these guys. After no response from Aramex or Hydroflask, I managed to finally find a way to redirect my package for a fee! Who knows if I will even get it in the end, but don't ever buy from Hydroflask directly. If you have any issue with your order you won't get any response or support from them. They will take your money and run.

Terrible company and the fact they don't respond on Trustpilot highlights this even further. Imagine a company creating bottles - having them in stock likely - being unable to ship your product in time and also not allowing to cancel orders even though they haven't even been shipped/processed. You're locked into your purchase once they get your delicious payment details (which by the way, you can't even remove from their website? Am I the only one who has this issue?) Anyway, simply purchase through Amazon or other platforms. This company might make some decent products, but their customer service, sales tactics, and more don't seem to align with any sense of wanting to do the right thing. Stay away from their official website if you want their products. Just buy through third-party sites.

Customer service non existent. Almost 2 months to provide a refund after proof was given to a damaged bottle. What is the fascination with receiving a damaged bottle back. Do the right thing. Do Not buy

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered directly from hydroflask website. Was moving quickly and clicked the “autofill” option for my card info, it input my previous address not my current, with no way to confirm the shipping and billing addresses. I immediately called customer service (after trying frantically to cancel the order.) It was after hours so I got no response, I sent an email to support. After not getting a response the next morning I called customer service back to ask them to please update to the correct address before the shipment has left. The customer service people were 0 help. They told me to wait until I received tracking info from FedEx, create a FedEx account, reach out to FedEx directly and pay them to reroute the package to my correct address. Please keep in mind the order had been placed for less than 12 hours, and I was told there was NO WAY to modify ANYTHING about an order once placed. I begged them to just cancel the order instead and I was told that was impossible as well. At this point I really just want my money back, I’m totally resigned to the fact I’ll probably never see the product I’ve ordered from them in the first place. I’m honestly dumbfounded, the worst and most stressful ordering experience of my life. Yikes.

Advertise a lifetime warranty but when push comes to shove and actually need to raise a claim for a fault, they find a way to get out of it completely....wanted numerous pictures of the bottle and then claimed I'd damaged it and so warranty was void...absolutely incorrect, there are barely any marks on it but they kept denying and so wouldn't replace. Not worth spending the money on and the warranty isn't worth it...go with another company which will be cheaper!

Ordered June 10, inquired two weeks later and was told on July 1 that “our warehouse is currently relocating, causing delays”. I wrote on July 12 requesting a refund and was told July 15 that their “website will not allow for cancellations or alterations to orders after they have been placed. However, you can return the order for a product refund within the next 30 days.” Hey, hydro flask, you are lying if you say you can’t cancel an order you haven’t even initiated. Shameless grifters. EDIT: my order had shipped on July 10, they just never notified me.

For that price i'd expect more durability.. Gets a lot of bumps and seems not to last long at all
