Hyberbeam is great! Well, that is other than the fact that most of the times that i try to use it, it says there is a server problem or something. I try to ask for help but I usually don't get it. I would love if that was fixed. But altogether my freinds and I love it. It is so entertaining!!

Hey there! Sorry to hear you had an issue and didn't get help, this isn't normal! We try to fix all problems quickly. Can you please email us at [email protected] so we can investigate this further? It's possible if your getting server problems, your requests for help within the app may not be getting through to us!

they need to allow gaming on it and more time without upgrading and having to invite a friend

Hello, I think you are a bit mistaken. Hyperbeam is a watch party service, not a VPS web host. While we do not do anything to block access to games and game websites, it's not possible to install programs, and some browser based game inputs may not be supported by the technology at this time. Due to the watch party nature, rooms are meant to have multiple people in them as well. We had a large number of solo rooms that consistent mostly of people trying to unblock content on things like school computers, so we had to limit those to make rooms for all the watch parties people wanted to start. We still enable people to host rooms alone just to be able to check if things actually work, because that is really useful!

I use Hyperbeam quite frequently where I host many events or movie nights with friends / community members, and the platform has never let me down. The staff are always helpful, polite and respond as soon as they can. Would recommend to others 100%!

I just want to say how much I appreciate the help of Admin Horror for coming in my room moments after I submitted a help support ticket about proxy issues I was having. He was very informative and thorough with looking into each area that the problem affects. Overall I just want to give a 5 star rating to this admin and the way Hyperbeam is putting forth effort to stay on top of their customers needs. Thank you.

It's a reliable service that has given me and my friends countless hours of entertainment, movie and game nights have been made much easier with hyperbeam as a platform. Similarly, it's nice to have your moderators be able to open your room when you're running late for the movie night as well.
