We’re very sorry to hear that you received the wrong items — that’s certainly not the experience we want any customer to have. We couldn’t find any record of you reaching out to our team before leaving this review. Our normal process is to immediately resolve issues like this as soon as we’re notified — typically by sending out the correct items right away or arranging a return label and replacement at no cost to you. If you can email us at [email protected] with your order number, we’ll prioritize fixing this and make sure everything is corrected promptly. We truly want every part of your experience with us to be positive.
