Our product came to us with no packaging. Our sales rep sent us the inside packaging and boxes and we had to repack our order prior to giving it out. About 25% of the items were defective. I realize they were made in China but I did not expect this failure rate. Over all, I would not purchase this product again. What you see was definitely not what you get on this purchase.

Leon and his partner were wonderful to work with; however, it seems no one performed a quality check on the items sent to us. It has caused us difficulty to assemble enough working power banks to distribute at the upcoming conference in Washington, D.C. starting in two days. The primary reason we ordered these units

I am very happy to have found ipromo.com, the end product is really nice and elegant, ipromo.com staff are easily reachable and great at capturing your ideas. I can’t think of a better wedding gift then beautiful shiny silver usb KEYS with engraved dates and even a little picture of groom and bride on it. A million thanks.
