We had a few issues with the resolution of our logo. Tina was relentless in making sure that the graphic people got it perfect and everything was to my specifications. She was a really big help and her friendly and consistent updates made me trust that I was going to receive a perfect outcome. We got the flash drives on time and they were even better than the pictures I was sent! Great job!

Within an hr of emailing iPromo, I received an email from a sales rep. He already had a mockup of the item for review. After a couple of mockups, it took on our end 2 wks to place order. Once ordered, they delivered fast with a great product.

This is actually the second order that we've placed with ipromo. The customer service is definitely top notch. If I couldn't find the exact product I was looking for from the online catalog, the customer service representative went out of his way to help me get what I was looking for. We have also been impressed with the quality of the products we have received. Definitely met our expectations and were delivered in a timely manner. About 2 1/2 weeks ago I sent an e-mail off to our Account Manager at IPromo, Andrew, letting him know that we were looking to make a USB Drive order similar to our previous order which we made a little over a year ago. However, this time we wanted to possibly get more memory and also wanting to know if there were currently any specials, promos, or deals that would apply to our order. Andrew was extremely helpful and got back to me right away with options and quotes. Of the options, I was excited to see that there was a current promo going on for free upgrade of memory and was able to get a good deal on purchasing x100 8GB Customized USB Drives, which last year we passed on due to lack of specials/promos. After completing the order I then received an e-mail with the shipping info and receipt from Andrew. Lastly, to continue with the fast and excellent service within a week we received our shipment of USB drives ready for use! Thanks and keep up with the great service!

iPromo were incredibly easy to work with. They took our timeframe and gave us meaningful deadline to work towards in order to have our items on time. They also were very understanding when we had some snags in purchasing. We've gotten compliments on our items, which were personalized flash drives loaded with information we created.
