Everything was going great, the rep was being good about communicating with us about the project until the product came in the mail. A crucial print we wanted on the project was not on any of the product. Then when we talked to the rep he blamed the missing print on production department then hasn't got back with us since. Disappointed at the way he handled it towards the end but production time and shipping time was impressive.
