I contacted iPromo via phone before ordering my custom USB3 drives because I had had bad experience with another company. Alex assured me they were different and they would do proper QC on my drives before being shipped. That didn't happen, instead my drives were shipped straight to me from China and were the exact same junk drives the other company stuck me with. I contacted him with screenshots showing their slow speed and now they are trying to stick me with a 30% restocking fee for returning slow drives. All these companies use the same supplier in China and don't ever even see their products. Waste of time and money. Do Not buy USB3 drives from this company unless you want USB2 speeds

The customer service was awesome, quick and efficient… Just don’t try ordering anything in bulk around the Chinese New Year. I would definitely use iPromo again in the future, just maybe in the spring?
