We gave them a short window with an order of 2,000 preloaded USB's and they got them to us within the small time frame. I am impressed and extremely satisfied. I recommend them to anyone with USB needs.

Promises kept and fast!
My experience this time was as a returning customer. The agent I worked with was Andrew Clauson. He has proven to be extremely helpful and well-informed about his products. I will return again for the great customer service and quality products.

They delivered exactly what I ordered faster than expected.
They were courteous and responded quickly to my concerns. The product I ordered showed up about one week before estimated time. I have yet to use all the usb drives I ordered to verify the consistency of the drives, but all seems to be in check.

Our order did not arrive on time!
I called and ordered 100 USB flash drives. Or course, when I asked if they could be at our school within a certain amount of days they assured me it was no problem. Our school agreed to pay for a rush order since we were told we would receive our items a day before we were to need them. We needed them for a presentation our principal was scheduled to have at 11:00 a.m. in the morning. Our USB flash drives did not arrive on time!
