Very helpful and professional
Dan Pike was extremely helpful and was able to get us branded USBs for a tradeshow at last-minute notice. He was very professional and friendly, I would definitely work with him again, and recommend to colleagues.

Great service, great quality, great price!!
Denise was fantastic. She was very timely in her quotes and responses to my questions. The print job on the flash drives was excellent. I would definitely use ipromo again and will recommend to others.

WE ORDERED IMPRINTED 16GB RETRACTABLE FLASHDRIVES. RECIEVED THEM WITHIN 2 WEEKS. THEY LOOK AND FUNCTION TERRIFIC. GREAT PRICING AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO. WILL DEFINITELY DO BUSINESS WITH iPromo AGAIN.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND QUALITY
I can only say that the quality of the products received from iPROMO was outstanding. I have purchased products from other vendors and the failure rate of the devices was unacceptable. Every drive was 100% and the quality of the image/logo imprinted on each drive was perfect. You have a satisfied and returning customer. Customer service is second to none.

Excellent Customer Service & Follow-Up
I googled and found iPromo website to provide a quote for 100 USB memory sticks. From the onset dealing with Danielle Kay on the phone, I was impressed with her enthusiasm and the information she provided. Besides, the prompt follow-up with the proof of the customed order was exceptional in these days and age. Overall, the level of customer-focused service over the phone and email, beside the great pricing help make my decision easier to place the order within 2 days.
