Can't say enough about Iprono. Great service, fast, reasonable price. Still not sure how they delivered so fast. great product. very easy service.

The turnaround, once we had the plan for our flash drives ready, was lightning fast! The account manager (Rada) who worked with us was very accommodating, and offered good advice about the colors that would work with our logo. Even though our job was small, I felt that our needs were important to her. Also, the customer service rep (Richard) did a great job with the contents of the drive. Thanks to both, and to iPromo!

Great timing, but quality was poor.

Hey Monica, I'm glad we were able to deliver your rush order on time, but we expect to provide a great quality product, regardless of rush order timeframes. We're sorry that the quality did not meet expectations. Please give us a call to discuss where our quality was lacking and how we can make it right. 847-581-6501 and ask for Adam. -- iPromo Customer Service

I requested quote online, received quote the same day. As soon as I approved the proofs (digitally) the drives were shipped well within the promised ship date. I will say that iPromo will be my 1st choice in the future.

We have now worked with iPromo on two rush flash drive projects. Both times we have found them to be really easy to work with. They have great follow up. They deliver a quality product in a short amount of time. We will definitely use them again if the need arises for us or our clients.

They did a great job. I got just what I ordered and the job was completed, shipped, and received just as the time line they gave to me specified.

We have purchased flash drives on two occasions from iPromo. Mr. Daniel Pike is our contact and he does a terrific job - answers all my questions, follows up as promised and tracks the final product to delivery. Also the flash drives themselves were exactly what we hoped that would be. More than a great product, iPromo has great customer service!!
