iPromoReviews of ipromo.com

Alex Levinger did a fantastic job with showing me different options of items and the different cost for those items. I am very happy with the services Alex and Ipromo provided. I will be ordering from here again. Thank you, Dave

I had tried another company before discovering iPromo. It had taken days via email, and I still haven't seen a proof. In fact, a proof wasn't even offered! Once I emailed iPromo, I had a response (not just a bounceback) AND a proof. I changed the proof probably 6 times under the direction of Danielle Kay over a couple of days, and I rec'd my order last week. My flash drives looked JUST LIKE THE PROOF. SO EFFICIENT! I am ready to recommend iPromo to my marketing colleagues.

I have never had a problem with the customer service. I have always been treated great the last two batches we seem to have had complications on the 16GB drives not working as well as the 32GB but if they don't work I am guaranteed replacements. The only frustration I have had is that in trying to save money by using different size drives it seems that 32, 64 and Hard drives are the only one that don't give me trouble when I try to use them. Everything else is either slow or just doesn't work.

Nice customer service team who are ready to answer and questions. Final products are really nice. Definitely going to use again.

In a quick bind for a tradeshow and my National Salesman was having a baby with his mind on that instead of the 4 upcoming tradeshows. IPROMO got me printed, aa 27 lines of product catalog data installed and products delivered on 1000 flashdrives within 12 days....soooooo greatful!!!!

I have used iPromo for flash drives with company logo 3 times. They have been straight-forward and easy to work with. I would recommend to anyone looking to customize flash drives.

So I contacted my usb drive supplier, Memory Suppliers, and find out they are now with iPromo. Not only was my contact still on staff, but provided the usual fast dependable service re-using artwork on file! Please continue the fast service and thank you for taking care of my order.

Excellent experience. I am a customer for life!
