iPromoReviews of ipromo.com

I needed flash drives, and (with trepidation) I responded to a couple of companies that popped up on a Google search. My normal suppliers were all too pricy, so I thought I'd go direct. iPromo responded very quickly, and met my own pretty serious need for urgency with a fast, professional response. I've placed a repeat order through them now, and have am pleased with the over 1,000 units of custom flash drives they have provided me. What they delivered is EXACTLY what I signed off on from the proofs.

Even thought it's been three years since our last order with iPromo, their associate was able to retrieve our previous information and accomodate with repeating order. They are quick with response, flexible and very friendly to work with. We will defnitely return to them with our future needs.

Working with the iPromo team to get the order placed was seamless. However, the custom production was the wrong color (not the PMS color we provided) and the shipment was not efficient. Somehow our order was sent to Chicago rather than Atlanta and we did not get the materials in time for use! As attentive as the iPromo team was during order placement, they went radio silent as we tried contacting several team members to get information on our "missing" products after calling constantly and emailing as well to find out how to resolve the shipping mishap.

My organization ordered pre-loaded, custom flash drives as an inexpensive branded way to provide extensive maps and land use planning information to the public and developers. iPromo walked us through the process and made it easy. They also completed the project and delivered the product faster than we expected. We will use them again.

Rada Baye is an exceptional sales and customer service rep and Julie Haizel was instrumental in working through some computer issues we had uploading our material for our last order. In addition, both Rada and Julie were very accommodating as we made a number of changes to our USB flash drives before readying them for production. I had full confidence that we could take the extra time to get the material right at our end; knowing that their production team would come through and deliver ahead of schedule. We will definitely use iPromo again.

I appreciate the time and courtesy that was provided by Ms. Danielle Kay. She was able to give us a great quality product for a competitive price with amazing customer service. I work for a Native American Tribe and our process for purchasing is very stringent and meticulous. Ms. Kay was nice enough to understand and guided me through the best possible way to get what we needed. We are thankful that we began working with you and your company. Thank you!
