Both Richard & Andrew were incredibly helpful. The only issue was the byzantine and failed FTP - I had to actually mail a thumb drive because the system wasn't working...lame.

iPromo have delivered the wrong products, but even though our very short deadlines they have managed to reproduce our ordered items. ...and we still had 3 days spare. Very pleasant experience - thank you very much ipromo!

The first time I decided to order with IPromo I was a little hesitant because I was ordering for a big event and I didn't want anything to go wrong. When I spoke with Jason Mitan he assured me that I would get my order on time and also be satisfied with the product (USB's with company logo). And sure enough they came on time and they were awesome everyone at the event really complemented on them. I was asked to order more about two week after the event because employees are requesting some to give to clients. Job well done Jason Mitan.

This company is easy to work with. They follow through very thoroughly with any questions or concerns one may have. Excellent turn-around time when asking for a quote. Staff very personable, helpful and professional. We've not used the product yet, but it came packaged very well and our logo looks great! I will definitely utilize this company again. Great service and great prices!

I started discussing USB options with Memory Supplier before they merged with iPromo, and the merge caused no hiccup in delivery of excellent customer service. I couldn't believe that I got a phone call 4 minutes after requesting a quote online. No one has ever responded to my emails so consistently speedily as the account manager I was working with, Rada Baye. We received our final order of USBs just as quickly, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service and product.
