This is my second or third time ordering promotional USB sticks from iPromo. The staff gets back to me promptly with replies to my questions, the order is processed promptly and the sticks arrived on schedule and the prices are good. What more could you ask?

I shopped around a few companies who could produce custom-printed USB flash drives, but I was impressed by the customer service from iPromo. They sent samples up front, all responses were fast and friendly, and they were great in working with us through a few revisions on our artwork. The product looks good and was delivered on time. Their initial quote wasn't the cheapest, but they were willing to price match with no fuss.
