I've had great experiences with ipromo.com. My account person is not only quick to respond but asks the kinds of questions that make sure all the Ts are crossed and Is are dotted. Their response time, pricing, creative partnership and delivery have been exceptional and they are first on my list for premiums.

We ordered memory sticks to pas out to individuals attending one of our Safety Presentation Seminar and they are GREAT. We had our logo and website information added to the surface and YES IT IS GREAT

I am a busy person. So when I want to get something special for one of the nonprofits on whose board I serve, I need to do it quickly. We had an event coming up in September 2013 and very little time to prepare. iPromo got me the quote I needed the same day I requested it. The board voted to approve the purchase, and within days, we were sending files for the flash drives, and iPromo didn't charge for the service. We got what we needed in plenty of time to prepare for the event. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received. I recommend this company to anyone interested in their types of products.

I got an email about putting my company name/ logo onto USBs. The order quantities based upon my usage did not seem to be a good match. Based upon my usage rate, a minimum order would last me about 10 years. Right now, when I provide digital video of my clients running to them, I purcahse a USB at Staples. The iPROMO USBs were less per device and had the added benefit of having my company name on it. So, I decided the initial outlay of $$ would be worth it in the long run. I figured I would take half the order and send to past clients as sort of a "Thank you" as my company celebrates 10 years in business next October. The balance can be used for future clients.

I am a returning customer. My initial experience they stayed in contact with me to see if I had any issues, but did not harass me. They were very helpful. The product was exactly as they promised. I thought the Logo and imprint would have been larger, but they are exactly what we ordered. The customer service before and after the sale is amazing.

James Allen was by far one of the best customer service people I have encountered in a long time. He took his time answering all my questions, gave me alternatives and creative solutions over and above what he had to o. Thanks James

Quick turn around with a proposal. Have had previous orders with the company and plan to continue to work with iPromo as the sales staff is great, helpful and honest. Too many time you have aggressive sales people and I wasn't pressured into the sale, and greatly appreciate that!
