I ordered a jacket for my husband for Father's Day. He recently has lost weight and the size I ordered was a bit too large. The company gave me several options for return and continued to follow up through the process until the exchange was completed. I experienced outstanding customer support. The jacket itself is very well made, lined and the outer decorative stitching is precise. Highly recommend!

The jacketing ordered ran smaller than the large I ordered but Jacket Hub went above and beyond to make it right for me. They were very prompt in getting back to me every time I reached out to them. Outstanding customer service.

The Black Label Society vest was a perfect fit for my grandson. They were great to work with when we first ordered they verified sizes and let us see pictures of the vest with dimensions before shipping. They went out of their way to get it shipped to us in time to get pictures of our grandson with Black Label Society band. He looked great in the vest. Will definitely do business with them again.
