I ordered the Elder Maxson Battlecoat from jacket-hub to Germany and am positively surprised. The delivery took about a month, but I expected it and for free shipping worldwide, that's not a problem for me. The quality (real leather version) is better than expected and because I'm a big Fallout fan, it was a must-have. Even if I have to be prepared for long delivery times, I would still order from Jacket-Hub again and again. Ad Victoriam!

If I could give negative starts I would. I ordered a sweatshirt jacket for my daughter but they delivered something that had no resemblance to what I ordered plus it took 2-3x as long. Then I have tried to get a refund. They finally agreed on 85% but I have never received it. This has been going on now for 3 months. I was unwilling to send the unused jacket to Pakistan without them sending a label because of the cost to me. I did accept 85% refund although my daughter will never wear the jacket. THIS IS A MESS. Do not order from this site.

Size guide isn't accurate. Actual measurement doesn't match! Unfortunately to return or exchange they want me to send back to Pakistan which would have been $180usd to ship. I paid $135 ! They offer to give me 20% to keep...Something that doesn't fit me ! Then they offered 35% off to make a custom jacket. No where on their 30 day return does it say you have to ship to Pakistan. Contact address said Brooklyn. Now I'm out $135 and the vest has pin holes and scratches...imperfection in the animal skin was the reason. Wished I had known. Even PayPal can't help. Can't even sell on ebay because of the imperfections. So disappointed. Their resolution is keep the vest which I can't wear which I paid $135 and spend more money for a custom one. So stupid.

I purchased the Leather Jacket in medium size but it doesn't seem to fit perfectly. Then I took a recommendation from the customer support and they suggested size XL therefore, I exchanged my medium for size XL which is the perfect length and weight is just right. Totally agree with their promise of great quality and am very happy with it. Thanks Jacket-hub!

If you are going to purchase the leather jacket I must say look for it at Jacket Hub. I bought one for my boyfriend and he was over the moon when he saw it. I already had an experience of shopping with the site before. They have great customer service. great range of products and professional team. What is even more amazing is that they have a costume measurement option. I highly recommend them.
