So the jacket I ordered had images that didn’t fit the product. The product was small in size. It had bad quality materials. Bad chemical smells. Didn’t fit the description of the jacket (orders a puffer or but was more of a mix of a wind jacket and puffer one). States it’s in USA but was shipped from Pakistan. The company feels in general like a bad scam and I hope I’ll get my money back because truly it’s a really really bad jacket and I highly suggest checking somewhere else.

After I got a wrong item I wanted a refund. But with the help of John Marshall (Customer Service) I got the right article very soon (in less than 2 weeks). Furthermore refund for custom taxes and shipping cost for forwarding the wrong item to the right customer. Fast and kindly responding to every mail. Thist rate is for the SERVICE (not for the QUALITY of the (fake?) Star Trek Strange New Worlds Faux Leather Jacket - it stinks terrible, probably not to wear ever ...).

Initially sent me a hoodie that took forever to arrive and when it did, the first wash in the washing machine took off all the lettering. They did send me a new one, free of charge, but had to argue to get it done. Between that and the wait time of the initial order, that is why I am giving it 3/5 stars.
