Love the coat, you’d think it was straight from the film, and shipping was super fast. On the downside it was said that the coat came with leather collars which didn’t end up being the case but overall still love the coat

Ordered an Astros jacket for my grandkid’s 11th bday, although he is only 11 years old, he is medium in adults size and the ordered size was too small for him, so, they asked me to pay $40.00 and keep the wrong one and they will send me a new one. Walter Jr. was so nice and helpful on this, he asked for the measurements and actually they send me a new one with the right size. He is a happy boy, wearing his new Astros jacket! Thank you Walter Jr. for all your help and courtesy.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS ! I ORDERED A JACKET FROM THEM AND I EVEN EMAILED AHEAD BEFORE I ORDERED AND ASKED IF THEY HAD MY SIZE AND THEY SAID THEY DID!! IT TOOK THEM DAYS TO LET ME KNOW THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT SUDDENLY!! INSTEAD OF JUST REFUNDING MY MONEY BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD THEY SAID THE ONLY WAY THEY COULD WAS PAYPAL WHICH I DON'T HAVE!!! THEY SAID ASK A FRIEND OR RELATIVE FOR THEIR ACCOUNT!!!! WHAT SORT OF COMPANY DOES THAT!!!

I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed with a purchase in my life! The item I received looks absolutely nothing like the picture! And when I asked for a refund this is what they replied with: We are now willing to offer a 30% refund & you can keep the item as well. This way you can avoid the return hassle. 2. If you would like to exchange the product in your desired size, you will have to pay an additional $40 for shipping & you can keep the first item as well & consider it as a gift from us. This way you can avoid the return hassle & waiting for the replacement product to arrive which usually takes about 2-3 weeks. 3. If you would like to return the item for a full refund then please note that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund & Please note that the buyer has to bear the return charges per our policies. Like are you kidding me I paid 80 dollars for a trash version of what I thought I was getting and they offered only to give me 25 dollars and let me keep it I don’t want it and it will cost me 40 dollars to send it back and a 10% restock fee don’t buy anything from them!!
