I received a fake Jacket, I really don't appreciate the fact I was asked to ship it back. It cost me over 250.00 to send it back. I paid over $100.00 for this fake Jacket. I do not recommend Jacket Hub.

Avoid avoid avoid! I ordered an MA1 bomber jacket Top Gun olive green jacket with patches. I checked if it was the Top Gun brand through their chat to which they replied it was. The picture on their site is of the branded Top Gun jacket too. On receipt of the goods it was clear this wasn’t Top Gun branded and the material was not nylon it was canvas. Instead of a lightweight bomber jacket it was a very heavy canvas jacket. One of the patches was upside down and incorrectly placed as well. The olive colour was very different as the material is totally different. I emailed them and this is the reply I received detailed further below, it is ridiculous they call it a ‘mistake’ yet they would clearly know the jacket is not a Top Gun original given it didn’t ship from the USA as their website would lead you to believe, but it shipped from Pakistan. I wrote back telling them I do not expect to pay shipping costs back and a restocking fee for receiving misrepresented goods that are not what they advertise. Since then I haven’t yet had a reply. Fortunately I paid on a credit card and have advised the credit card company of this so that they can refute the payment to this retailer so that I am not out of pocket. Reading other ‘bad’ reviews, it’s clear that they have done this multiple times before on other products. See their reply below and like I said originally AVOID AVOID AVOID. Once everything is fine and done. Then, we will process your refund with a deduction of 10% OR 10$ which is the restocking fees and this whole process might take around a month or more than that. Please note no product will be entertained for Return, Refund, or Exchange if the tags were removed from the product. But, we also understand the problem you have faced. So, please accept a 20% partial refund and keep the item as well in hopes of compensating for the inconvenience. SCAM complete scam. It's rubber think plastic not even material fake counterfeit jacket and be aware they will not refund you return shipping cost

This company is a sham! Even though the payment is made using US$, it is in fact in Pakistan. This is not mentioned anywhere at all on the website, so I thought I was buying from the US. I ordered an Alexa Crowe trench, advertised as being made from cotton silk, and illustrated using pictures from the show. This was an absolute scam. The coat is made from cheap stretchy synthetic fabric, the lining hangs below the sleeves and is caught in the back, raising the hem. The buttonholes are all wonky and the sizing does not match to the size guide given. It is completely unwearable. The company offered me 20% refund and to keep the coat, which is laughable. If I want to return it for a full refund it will cost almost half what I paid in the first place, and they actively discouraged me from doing this, saying it could take a month or longer to process. According to their website, returns are easy - what a joke! I’m still in dispute with them, and thinking of getting Trading Standards on board. Avoid Jacket-Hub at all costs!! UPDATE 10th Jan 22. This dragged on for ages, and I reluctantly agreed to a 65% refund on 16th Dec. It didn’t arrive, and they made excuses until I involved PayPal. I raised a dispute on 8th January and hey presto! I have today received a refund of 70%. The jacket is now in the recycling bin!

Biggest piece of rubbish I have ever paid for! After an email, I was alerted to the fact that there could be issues with my address. I double checked all my contact information I gave when placing my order. And it was correct but they did not give to courier except my name and country, Jacket hub did not give any of my address or phone details so the courier could actually deliver my jacket. Upon receiving my jacket, I can only say I am mortified by what this company thinks is an acceptable product. The lining is longer than it should be and hangs below the hemline. There are highly visible yellow marks on the jacket, which is a pink/grey colour. I am sure if the producers of the show this jacket has been copied from, knew what an absolutely shocking reproduction this jacket is, they would sue. The TV show is “ My Life is Murder”. Do not waste your money on the trash this company pass off as jackets!
