Good Company, great product phone and Go to Meeting bundle. Pricing could be a little more competitive.

DO NOT USE JIVE/Go to connect. They are the worst and then when you try and cancel it is a nightmare. I've literally called in 4 times to try and cancel and every time it goes to "resolutions" I go to a voicemail. Trust me... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

I cannot agree with the other 20,000 users. I tried to get help on FAXing because all of a sudden my capability to FAX was DOA after the acquisition but alas there are no people to help and the Help Pages are useless to resolve deep technical issues. So I am searching for another low cost phone and fax supplier.

Good service they provide with huge features.

The app is pretty much useless. Frequently misses calls, kicks you off, you answer and cant hear anything, currently I cant call out.. I have internet connection and good cell service right now. I spent 3 hours on the phone with customer service one time and they ended with "yeah, i dunno, I wouldnt blame you if you switch companies." Oh yeah and the messaging has never worked once in the year that we have had it.

We moved from an Avaya pbx and we were able to save over 70% of the existing cost of our PRI and associated costs. We have new Yealink phones which the voice quality is actually better than the Avaya phones. Our conference phone can be connected to anyone's cell phone so we can take it to events outside the office. The GoToMeeting video capabilities is going to help us expand our service offering. The ability to email to fax is awesome! This purchase recommendation really made me look good.

If I could leave a 0 review for this company I would! Service has been nothing short of horrible. I own 3 companies and switched from a previous service to Jive on the premisis of better support and better service. I have down time atleast 1-2 times every week for a minimum of an hour, when you try to connect to a rep you get told there is nothing that can be done just wait till it gets better. While Jive transitioned over to a larger company Logmein the service got even worse!! I would suggest that if you are here leave and if you try make sure they do not bill you for 8k out of the blue like they did to my company with out consent.
