Worst customer service!! The time spent on hold and the numerous calls to follow up cost our company 12X the cost of the phone. we were not trying to order future.

Assistance is great, but little dissapointed we weren't told about difficulties with certain modems. It appears to be all worked out now that we have switched internet providers, but would have been nice to have received this information before we had to go through change.
