Solid and dependable service The user interface for administration is great. We've never had a problem with our service.

Very happy with jive!!

Overall Jive Communications has worked well for our needs, although we have ran into issues with networking ports which lead to some phone issues. Through these issues Jive was able to provide support, which was generally helpful. We would have liked to have know about the some of the network recommendations before deciding to use Jive.

We've have had a couple weird issues, like the phones ringing but none of the extensions could pickup, and lines blinking on hold but the line couldn't be picked up. Also, sometimes more than one caller are on a single line, making it difficult to pick up the call you want. Better than Ring Central, and waaay better than Vonage.

Top notch IP phone service.

not happy with the service cause it is has been months and still as up now the 800 not transferred yet

We and our users like jive. We have been costumer of jive may be 3 or more years with 8 location and 180+ users. only thing is for admin it is not centralize to any thing about jive user setting (Like where user forwarded his calls, ETC...) i have been admin of AVAYA system more then 8 years but their system is more Admin friendly that Jive. Jive need more work to make it easy for admins.
