Started off with issues and a bumpy start, but Jive has really pulled through and helped our company with setting up the correct dial plan to correct the issues we were having. And still continues to help us make the best choices in what we need.

Jive has been great for our office. Extremely economical compared to the previous phone company service we had. Customer service is always there to help when needed but seriously, have had minimal issues with overall service. The online portal is awesome to change call plans, add employees, etc. Love the call filter feature where I can divert calls to voicemail or block all together (pesky telemarketers!). Paying online is very convenient. Virtual fax is a great feature also. Would definitely recommend.

After 1 outstanding year with Jive, I opened another account for the owners new bar and restaurant. Can't say enough great things about Jive. Customer service, tech support and PBX options that users can understand. Top notch!

Jive is a great service. Quick response when submitting bugs. Quick service with resolving said bugs. Works great on all of my iOS devices, with a very easy to use PBX Panel.

There are no complaints with plugging in the phones and getting to work. I have not had any dropped calls and the sound quality if good.
