Polly has a phenomenal customer service team. They respond quickly to resolve issues. My shipments have never been late or missed. The doctor chat feature is also incredibly useful, and responses are prompt. I thought about switching to a cheaper brand, but I cannot leave due to the care Polly shows their clients!

I do wish the prices were a little more comparable to other GLP-1 companies, but I really appreciate the free shipping, reliable shipping updates, and how simple the website is to use. Everything has felt straightforward and convenient.
